1. Platform role

Techyportal publishes information, affiliate-supported content, editorial coverage, software listings, and sponsored promotion concerning third-party products and services. Techyportal is not the seller, developer, payment processor, support provider, or guarantor of third-party products unless explicitly stated.

2. Editorial submissions

Unpaid submissions are considered at Techyportal’s discretion. Submission does not guarantee review, publication, timing, a link, continued placement, or favorable coverage. Techyportal may edit, decline, update, correct, or remove content where reasonably necessary.

3. Paid promotion

Paid listings and sponsored features require eligibility review and written confirmation of deliverables, placement, duration, disclosure label, fee, asset requirements, and publication window. Payment reserves only the agreed work and placement. Sponsored content will be identified as commercial content.

4. Advertiser responsibilities

Advertisers and submitters must provide accurate, lawful, current information. They represent that they have permission to supply submitted names, trademarks, screenshots, logos, claims, quotations, and other materials. They must promptly disclose material product, pricing, ownership, safety, legal, or availability changes that make published information inaccurate.

5. Claims and review rights

Techyportal may request support for factual or measurable claims, reject unsupported claims, include relevant limitations, correct errors, and refuse products considered deceptive, unsafe, unlawful, infringing, malicious, or unsuitable. Payment does not provide control over editorial conclusions beyond correction of factual errors.

6. Fees, cancellation, and refunds

No promotional fee is due for a product rejected before a paid scope is accepted. Once a paid scope is approved, payment and cancellation terms in the written confirmation apply. Unless that confirmation says otherwise, fees for completed review, writing, design, or already-delivered placement are non-refundable; undelivered work may be refunded or credited at Techyportal’s reasonable discretion. Third-party processing fees may be non-refundable.

7. No performance guarantee

Techyportal does not guarantee traffic, impressions, clicks, backlinks, search rankings, trials, leads, customers, revenue, fundraising, press attention, or any other business outcome. Reports, when included, describe available placement data and do not promise future results.

8. Affiliate relationships

Techyportal may receive commissions or other compensation from third-party vendors. Material relationships are intended to be disclosed in accordance with the Affiliate Disclosure. Vendor affiliate terms may separately govern tracking and commission eligibility.

9. Intellectual property

Techyportal retains rights in its original site design, editorial structure, copy, and promotional production. Submitters retain ownership of their underlying trademarks and supplied assets while granting Techyportal a non-exclusive license to edit, reproduce, display, and distribute those assets for the agreed coverage and reasonable promotion of that coverage.

10. External products and links

Third-party sites control their own products, availability, pricing, billing, privacy, security, support, and terms. Use of an external site is at the visitor’s discretion and subject to that site’s policies.

11. Acceptable use

Visitors and submitters may not use Techyportal to distribute malware, deceive users, impersonate others, violate law, infringe rights, manipulate reviews, send abusive communications, or interfere with site operation.

12. Disclaimer and limitation

Techyportal is provided on an as-available basis. Information may become outdated and should not be treated as legal, financial, medical, security, or other professional advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Techyportal is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or third-party losses arising from use of the site or a third-party product.
